Program overview

The idea of this course comes from a strong will to share with the new generation of trainers, some of the wonderful exercises that for many years were precious pearls in the teaching of this discipline.

This Course therefore has a twofold purpose:

- The first is to present some of the “pearls” of the GYROTONIC® method that have been lost over the years and so no longer used either in Level 1 or Level 2, but really valid for individual sessions with clients for different purposes. Therefore, it can be considered as an extension and/or a reinforcement of the Level 1 in the way it was presented originally.

- The second aim is for the students to attain a deeper understanding of the already existing exercises of the Level 2. This Course is addressed to those who are already Certified GYROTONIC® Level I Trainers and it’s accredited as Continuing Education for the Gyrotonic License renewal (as well for the Gyrokinesis’ one, for those who have both).
